Username and Password

As a student of Dundee and Angus College you are automatically provided with a college username. Your username will be (where studentID is your student number eg 1000056).

You can reset your password by clicking the Reset Password option at the login screen on any college workstation or laptop. Additionally if working off campus simply click the Forgotten my Password option when logging into the system.

If you forgot your password and are unable to reset it using one of the options above then staff at the College Help Points are on hand to reset the password on your behalf.

Remember to keep your password safe and not disclose it to anyone else.

Multi Factor Authentication

Accessing MyD&A and other College Systems

As a student, all the information which is available to you can be found on MyD&A.

MyD&A is automatically the first site you will see when you login to a College computer. If you wish to access MyD&A from home simply go to from any browser and login in with your username and password.

On MyD&A you can view all announcements, update your personal details, view your timetable, check your attendance records and see when your next bursary payment is due.

Once you are logged into MyD&A you will have access to other systems such as MyLearning and Microsoft Teams (for accessing your course learning materials and communicating with your lecturers), Webmail (for your College emails) and My Library Account. You can access these systems under My Links.

College Email

As a student of Dundee and Angus College you are automatically provided with a College email. Your email address will be (where studentID is your student number eg1000056).

You must use your College email account for all email correspondence with your lecturers or the College.

You should check for email correspondence on a regular basis to be sure you don’t miss important information. Your College email account will only remain active for as long as you are a student with the College.

Access your email through the Webmail link on the dashboard of MyD&A, or by typing into your browser.

College WiFi

If you have a mobile device or laptop within the College you may want to connect to Eduroam – our free wireless Wi-Fi service. Eduroam is accessible at most college and university campuses throughout the UK and will give you free access to the Internet whilst you are a student at the College.

To connect to Eduroam whilst on campus, select Eduroam from the WiFi options of your device.  For further support download our helpful guides below.

Print Services

Please note that due to ongoing restrictions access to these services is currently limited. Please contact us on for further information.

We have a state-of-the-art Print Services Department at Gardyne Campus which offers a variety of print and finish options.

Gardyne Print Services is based on the Lower Ground Floor and is open to students between 9.30 and 16.00*.  Gardyne students can take their work (paper, disc, pen) to the department and discuss their requirements with the staff, who can offer advice on obtaining best value for money. 

Kingsway and Arbroath students can come to Gardyne or submit work to Print Services at the Administration Office on campus.  Students pay for their work when submitted, it is then sent to Gardyne and can normally be collected within 24 hours (when it is ready will depend on the time of day it has been submitted).

*As a cross-college resource there may be times when we cannot produce copies on demand due to large print runs on the machines.  In this case, students will be asked to submit their work and collect it later.  We do not expect to delay the issue of work for more than 60 minutes unless in exceptional circumstances.

You cannot use credits from your print account balance in Print Services, all work must be paid for via cash, chip and pin or contactless payment.
